Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Setup and Operations
You will be in charge of setting up the warehouse from the beginning Your tasks will include

Planning warehouse layout and selecting equipment

Setting up systems and ensuring they work smoothly

Managing daily operations like storage picking packing and shipping

Making sure all activities follow safety and legal guidelines
Team Management
You will build and lead the warehouse team This includes

Recruiting warehouse staff

Providing training especially in ERP and system usage

Guiding the team to work well and stay motivated.
Systems and Supply Chain Optimization
You will need to use modern warehouse and ERP systems to

Improve operations and reduce delays

Work with the head office and partners for smooth supply chain operations

Solve issues quickly using system data
Performance and Cost Control
It will be your job to

Track warehouse costs and control spending

Set up and monitor performance targets KPIs

Make sure the warehouse meets quality and efficiency standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role you must have

Proven experience in managing warehouse operations in the UK

Knowledge of logistics and e-commerce workflows

Experience setting up new warehouses including systems and processes

Hands-on knowledge of WMS or ERP systems

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Good spoken and written English for local coordination

Ability to use data and reports for decision making

It is good if you can speak Mandarin but you do not need it for this job.
