Pay: $18.09 per hour
Looking for a hands-on job in Italy with flexible hours and steady pay? The Naples Distribution Center is now hiring warehouse workers for its location in Gricignano di Aversa, near Caserta. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional team that keeps things moving behind the scenes. If you enjoy active work and being part of an organized system, this role could be perfect for you.
What the Job Is About
As a warehouse worker, you’ll help receive, sort, store, and ship products. You’ll be doing important work that keeps the supply chain running. Whether it’s unpacking deliveries, moving items to the right storage spots, or preparing orders for shipping, every task plays a key part in keeping the center efficient and productive.
Main Responsibilities
Here’s what your day might include:
-
Receiving and inspecting goods: Unload delivery trucks, open boxes, count the contents, and make sure everything matches the paperwork. You’ll also check prices and look for damaged or missing items.
-
Storing stock: Place items in the correct bin or shelf in the warehouse. You’ll occasionally review labels and storage areas to ensure everything is in the right place.
-
Preparing orders: Pick and pack items for shipment or transfer, using handheld scanners or documents to double-check everything.
-
Handling returns and damaged goods: You may help with processing returns, preparing chargebacks, and storing unwanted or damaged items.
-
Cleaning and safety: You’ll also help keep the workspace tidy and safe.
In short, your job will be a mix of physical work and attention to detail.
Who Can Apply?
To apply for this job, you must have at least 12 months of warehouse experience or similar hands-on work. If you don’t have that much experience, a high school diploma or GED can also count toward eligibility.
You must also be at least 18 years old, able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs (sometimes more with help), and be okay with walking, bending, or standing for long periods. You might also climb ladders or use sharp tools to open boxes.
The work takes place both indoors and outdoors. Some areas may be hot, cold, or cramped, and there’s always a small risk of cuts or bumps. But don’t worry—safety measures are always in place.
