As a Waiter/Waitress at Cova, your main goal is to make our customers feel welcome and ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. You will play an important role in delivering top-quality service by following our restaurant’s standards and maintaining a positive attitude.

Whether you're taking food orders, serving meals, or handling customer requests, your efforts will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Job Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be expected to do as part of the team:

1. Follow Cova Service Standards

At Cova, we believe in quality and professionalism. You will need to follow our specific service standards to ensure that every customer receives the same high level of care.

2. Ensure Smooth Service

Your job is to make the dining experience as seamless as possible. This includes taking orders quickly, communicating with the kitchen, and delivering food and drinks without delay.

3. Welcome and Assist Customers

Greeting guests warmly, helping them with the menu, and answering their questions politely is a big part of this job.

4. Handle Customer Feedback

Listen to feedback, solve problems calmly, and always aim to make the customer happy. If you cannot solve the issue, report it to a manager right away.

5. Work with the Team

You’ll be working closely with other waiters, kitchen staff, and management. Teamwork makes everything run smoothly, especially during busy hours.

6. Maintain Cleanliness

Make sure the dining area is clean and neat at all times. Wipe down tables, refill condiments, and help set up before shifts.
